Wont be on as much as i would like to be until i get youngest settled and he is balanced again.



So begins another day once my eyes have rested a little.

Hmmm so the last week or so to be honest has not been the best this year. My youngest has had quite a few meltdowns and my knuckles and arms are once again baring the brunt of it all. Not a single thing i can do about it except just ride it out and hope he over comes it all for a small while at least.

Mother nature gave a wonderful display of thunder and lightening this morning. I loved every second of it and so did my youngest going to the window and watching. The rain followed next and it came down heavy with the sky being a dark grey and lightening up in shades of grey's. Truly is marvelous to see.

So after 5 nights of the last week been sleepless last night i finally managed to sleep. My head is a little less fuzzy and i can focus a little better. Even the man in my head with his little jack hammer has given up and my left eye is not hurting to focus. Still in a bad mood though about some things going on in my personal life at the moment. But this week i am just focusing on trying to get certain things done and hopefully without drama or backlash.



All i ask is that the weather lets up just a bit and brings a massive thunder storm my way and then i could perhaps clear my head a bit better?

So a busy day today. Got up early and did shopping for the next few days. My neighbor kindly looked after my youngest whilst i went out with my eldest. It has been ridiculously hot today and after melting my way back home and took longer than usual to put the shopping away due to the welcoming coolness of the fridge and freezer. I thought i might try and do some more writing got only a little bit done though as it is not flowing the way i had it hoped it would. Shall just have to wait till it till it comes naturally in my thoughts. Frustrating but meh what can i do.

Finally got the reference number i needed for the landlord to fix the back gate so that the police can confirm that there was break in. But they still need to take my statement and shall be out on the saturday exactly a week after it occurred. What a great service huh just hope i dont need the paramedics as i think i might be better off going to the vets for medical attention lol

Woke up with head ache and although the pain has slightly eased enough i shall still be going off to bed early and still with the achey head.



Stupid heat wave in Scotland is not helping neither.

Been a long day and i can hear my pillows whispering to me be great if i could levitate myself up the stairs lol but i guess i shall just have to do it the same way everyone else does.

So just when i thought things could not any worse last night someone decided to try and break and enter into my house. They also tried my neighbor as well as their neighbor. When the burglar couldnt gain entrance to any of our houses he decided to kick the hell out of my back gate but he gave up and went crawling through the neighbors back garden again into the other neighbors garden before he passed out. The police were called in and arrested him. But this is the damage left.







So the police missed the damage and i ended up going down to the station today only to find that i would have to give a statement myself and then i can pass on the insurance details to the landlord. How the hell the police missed it i dont know?

Flippin heck it is so hot here. I dont usually wear a dress but guess what..........yep im wearing one today and possibly tomorrow.

Wish Scotland would cool down just a touch i have to go out tomorrow and my knees are swelling up which could make it a little more so difficult for me to move about but needs must and am sure i will get there.

Even the breeze has warmth to it and creepy crawlies are seeking refuge in here to which im squashing left right and center. They aint contributing to my rent they getting evicted!

Bring on winter and soon please :(

Today was great for the most of it but this evening has turned into a bit of a battle with my youngest as he has chosen to have a meltdown big time. Should have known it would be to good to be true like most things in this world and in particular my life. But on the plus i think i have narrowed it down to two things that might have triggered it off shall wait and see if my theory is correct or not..............



Going to rest up now as my knee was his target of aiming and got a good kick in once or twice.

So this evening was a turn up for the books with my youngest.

The neighbors cat has had a scratch that had turned nasty last week and every day she has bring the cat round so that i can help her to clean the gunk and crap out.

But this evenings events took on new events. With my youngest having Autism he finds it difficult to be around pets of any kind and has never stroked or even gotten close to a dog or a cat.

For the last few days it has been a case of explaining to him that the cat was coming in and that he could go up stairs if he wanted to or close the door over in the sitting room to keep the cat out.

Well this evening just as we were finished cleaning him up my youngest decided he wanted to get a little bit close to the cat and so he did much to mine and my neighbors surprise.

So i played a blinder of a mean trick on my eldest this evening.

He is trying to eat more healthy but he has a dislike to pork in his dietary. This evening though i tried out a new recipe and it was Spanish meal with pork as the main meat. We sat down and my youngest was tucking into as well as myself. I asked them both if they liked it with the sauce and such and my youngest typical will hoover up anything savory and was trying to say yes round a mouthful. My eldest complimented on it saying it was nice but the chicken was a bit tough. I smiled and said nothing. We all carried on and it was not till his last mouthful of the meal did it click to him that it might not have been chicken after all. But by then it was to late he had already eaten it all so i think pork is back on the menu at last.

Yes you are correct there. However my son is not Muslim or of any other religion practicing faith. So no offense was committed and I would not have done it to someone else who was of Muslim or Jewish for that matter.

POST COMMENT

Today has been good so far. My youngest did well at the hospital having his blood taken. Granted the waiting bit was as predicted to be the most difficult bit. He hates waiting and in a strange place as well did not help. But once we were in the room and on the bed three nurses plus my neighbor and myself and he would never have left the room without one of the nurses getting at least one chance. But he took it well on the first attempt. Once it was all done he got up and played with the taps a favorite thing he likes to do. We stopped by the hospital cafe and he picked out his favorite food and had two pork pies. My eldest was a little put out and quipped he would like to get his bloods taken and get a treat once we were home to which i found funny.

Still no news on the heating front unfortunately so fingers crossed tomorrow something happens in that department.

The neighbors cat is doing well thankfully so far and i hope it continues that way as well.

So day two of no heating and hot water issues.

Fortunately it has been a warmer day. Shall see what happens tomorrow but i doubt it as i have a hospital appointment for my youngest who is due for blood tests. Not sure how that one will go as he last had blood taken when he was young enough to be left in the buggy with straps on him. Given he is now almost 12 and is going to take 2 adults to hold him down should he go for a meltdown shall be interesting to say the least.

The neighbor came round early this morning. The cat they have is not doing to well. He has a puss filled cut on his face so that got burst this morning and could see how bad it was when he escaped out into the back garden at lunch time. Keeping my fingers crossed for and that he makes a speedy recovery.

Hmmmm what a craptacular of a shitty 2 days i have had.



So the crack i had discovered in my kitchen last year and reported it to the landlord has not gotten any better and to the point where by the ceiling was cracking up so good i could actually put my hand through it. So the landlord gets a surveyor out and it is possibly due to the bath tub that was plumbed in a year and half before which has caused damp on the outside wall and caused the ceiling to crack. So yep plumber will be due to make a house call some point soon, it gets better as the house alarm is goosed up for what ever purpose it felt like dying. But today it just gets better. The safety mechanism on the heating has sparked out altogether so i have no hot water or heating till fingers crossed tomorrow. On top of that i have a house with two boys stuck indoors due to it raining all day and its only the first week of the summer holidays in bonny Scotland :)
